All playlists you create, your song favorites, custom equalizer presets, recently played tracks, and theme preferences are saved locally in the app's sandboxed storage on your device (e.g., Room SQLite or SharedPreferences). You have complete authority over this data; you can wipe it at any moment through Android System Settings > Apps > TM Player > Clear Storage, or by uninstalling the app.

To support ongoing independent development and updates, TM Player may include lightweight, non-intrusive advertisements served through industry-standard networks (such as Google AdMob). These services may collect pseudonymous identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies. We do not access, store, or sell this advertising ID.

You can manage or reset your advertising identifier anytime through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID).

TM Player is a general audience audio player and does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
